Upper Cross Syndrome Part 4

As discussed previously once the underlying causes of the upper cross syndrome have been addressed correction of faulty motor engrams can be initiated.

This can be attacked in two ways.

Exercise is a common approach which involves stretching the short tight muscles and strengthening long weak ones.

This I will discuss in depth in upper cross syndrome part 5.

The other way of approaching this problem is by self-correction of poor posture in a disciplined way which will have the effect of rebalancing the muscular system by breaking the bad habit of slouching.

In this blog I would like to discuss a revolutionary device which encourages you to keep good posture.

This device is called the LUMO LIFT wearable postural corrective device.

It is brooch sized and worn just below the collar bone and it connects to your smart phone via a free app and simply put every time you slouch it vibrates.

Everything you need to know is explained in below videos:

If you would like to purchase LUMO LIFT it is available on my website.
