Delivery to UK Addresses
We use the Royal Mail 2nd Class service for the majority of items we stock to all UK delivery addresses, so please allow a few days (Royal Mail says 2-3 days) to receive your parcel.
However, if you would like a faster delivery service, for example next day guaranteed delivery, then please contact us before 12noon so we can process the order and get the parcel to the post office in time. We will add the additional postage costs (as charged by Royal Mail) to your order.
If the parcel/packet is too big to be posted through your letterbox and there is no-one at home to take delivery, Royal Mail should leave you a card so that you can collect it from your local sorting office. If it is not collected and the item is returned to Voigts Spinal Solutions by Royal Mail, you will incur an additional postage charge if we have to resend.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
